A group of outstanding employees from TCD participated in a training trip to Japan to deepen their understanding of Japanese residential architecture.
During the visit, they observed homes under construction and paid close attention to the intricate details that cannot be fully understood from drawings.
In between training sessions, they also enjoyed sightseeing around Tokyo, experiencing the culture and atmosphere of the city firsthand.
Upon returning to the Philippines, the participants shared their insights and knowledge to other staffs, helping to spread what they had learned and elevate the team’s overall understanding of housing design and construction.
