ABOUT US
Toei CAD Design Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of TOEI HOUSING CORPORATION
was established in April 2014 in Metro Manila as the first overseas base of operation.
Filipino employees under Japanese staff guidance carry out CAD design using Japanese-language software, making use of TOEI HOUSING’s wide range of knowledge cultivated through the supply of approximately 99,000 houses (as of Mar 2025) , and produce high-quality and reliable technical drawings.
