Our staff create drawings for Japanese residential projects every day. However, because they have limited opportunities to see the actual buildings, it can sometimes be difficult to visualize the structures.
To deepen their understanding of the drawings, we invited staff members to Japan for a training program. During the visit, they observed real buildings and learned about construction details that are not fully reflected in the drawings.
The training provided a valuable opportunity to connect design drawings with actual construction and further enhance their knowledge of Japanese housing projects.
